SUP Yoga

SUP YOGA will develop concentration and focus, balance, strength, co-ordination, confidence, body alignment and much more!

SUP YOGA is ideal for all levels from complete beginners and beyond … there are no age restrictions just as there are no restrictions in my classes on the land. You will get a full body gentle stretching workout, with the added benefit of calming the mind as well as creating greater flexibility, strength and staying power. The boards are really big, big enough to perform the poses on with ease, and you will see immediately that you do not have to worry about falling in. Every individual I have taught has LOVED it and people are genuinely surprised at how easy and comfortable it is.

A SUP YOGA session will leave you feeling open, balanced and calm. It is a non-competitive sport where the focus is on the mind and the body. There is no judgement and no pressure in a SUP YOGA class – but you WILL feel the workout!


Even though the boards are really stable, added focus is required during a SUP yoga class. Making sure the body is correctly aligned in the poses will help with balance, and in turn will help you to understand the nature of the poses even more. The added bonus of this is that you are automatically rooted in the present moment … and not thinking about the past or wondering about the future … which we all know is a real waste of time!

Doing yoga on the water is a whole new sensation … one of being connected to the nature and feeling peaceful and tranquil. At the same time it´s really a lot of fun … and if you fall it really doesn´t matter! It´s a soft landing and the water in Kos is beautiful and clear and warm … in fact most people take a dip now and then during the lessons because it´s just too hard to resist!

Savasana (relaxation) at the end of the class also takes on a whole new meaning … feeling yourself gently drifting on the ocean under the warm sun is very very special … but don´t worry the boards are secured so you won´t actually drift out to sea! I´ve got you!

Classes can be arranged by appointment either by contacting me via this site, or by phone or facebook message HERE . Classes depend upon the weather and sea conditions, as calm waters are required. This is why I do not set a fixed schedule.
